Hire the coffee bike in Cologne

Our coffee catering starts from €750 net (plus VAT) for three hours incl. barista, drinks flat rate, set-up and dismantling. Via “Request without obligation” you can put together your package yourself in two minutes and see your price range straight away.

It always means the same thing: our coffee bike (also called coffee cart, coffee van or mobile coffee bar) – a cargo bike with an espresso machine where our baristas serve your guests espresso, cappuccino, flat white and latte art right on site. Whatever you call it: we bring it to your event in and around Cologne.

With the coffee bike you get more than a hired event coffee machine: espresso machine, trained barista, drinks flat rate as well as set-up and dismantling in one package. You don't operate or clean anything – all we need on site is a 230 V socket.

For weddings, corporate events such as summer parties or customer days, trade fairs and congresses, private parties such as birthdays or anniversaries, and street festivals in the Veedel. On request, we also come to you for a barista course with latte art workshop.

Of course — that's exactly what we do. At VEEDELKAFFEE you hire a fully equipped coffee bike (also called a coffee cart in Cologne) incl. barista, drinks flat rate as well as set-up and dismantling. Travel within Cologne up to 15 km from the cathedral is included. Via “Plan your event” you get your rental package with price in two minutes.

Just a standard 230 V socket — nothing more. We take care of everything else.

Usually between two and four hours — until all guests are perfectly looked after. We arrive about an hour before the start to set up. Events of more than 4 hours on site are no problem either!

One flat rate for all coffee creations — from espresso, cappuccino and flat white to latte macchiato, incl. latte art. Plus tea and cocoa, and everything also as an iced version on request.

Our baristas conjure up 90–100 coffee creations per hour — so even a large event is reliably catered for.

Only first-class, local roasts — like those from Cologne roastery Heilandt Coffee Roasters. Your guests can also buy the beans right at the coffee bike. And with Schamong Kaffee, Cologne's oldest coffee roastery, we have another strong partner at our side.

In Cologne and the surrounding area — travel up to 15 km from Cologne Cathedral is included. Further away? Just ask, we'll find a solution.

Both are possible — simply choose what suits your event best when you send your request. We then bring either disposable cups or crockery to the coffee bike.
